Like a House on Fire is out!

LAHOF came out today in UK, Ireland and the Commonwealth and I’m delighted. I’m really proud of this book, and I’m so pleased it’s finally out there. Yay!

Sorry, what’s that? You think it’s a strange time to be publishing a book, what with … everything?

Sigh. Yes it is. Thing is, me and the talented folk at my publishers have been working on this book for several years.

Robert Webb said on Twitter when his book came out, just before mine:

‘I just wanted to get the timing right. I want all the bookshops closed and for everyone to be feeling a sense of dread that they’re too listless to get angry about. Then I POUNCE.’

So this is me. Pouncing. My books is available to buy from all (closed) bookshops.

Still proud though.
